Honeymoon and Holidays

3 weeks - 5001 pictures - and just over 25,000 miles later, we had a wonderful, specatuclar, exciting, relaxing - amazing honeymoon! We traveled to Cape Town South Africa, then to the Okavango Delta and Linyanti river regions in Botswana, and then on to Victoria Falls (the Zimbabwe side) for our last stop. We enjoyed all parts and each day of our trip - but I think the safari was our favorite. We saw so many amazing animals, birds and dragonflies. We woke to beautiful sunrises and fell asleep to the sound of crickets, frogs and hippos. And, true to our wedding vows, Helene has foregiven Paul for the whitewater rafting trip down the Class 5 rapids that flipped our raft on the Zambezi river.

We missed Halloween while traveling, but came home in time for Paul to bake a cake for Helene's birthday! Then it was time for Thanksgiving. Now it's time for Christmas and New Years. 2007 has been a wonderful year and we looking forward to many more fun adventures together!
